Here’s a link to the other participants’ blogs! Do stop by and see how awesome they are (and try not to think too poorly of my comparatively pathetic card!
To say I had a horrible time making this card is an understatement. As a matter of fact, I fully intend to take a new picture of it as soon as I can find some decent lighting. I tried two other card ideas and scrapped them both. This stamp taunted me and so I decided to try it. I like this card. I don’t love it, but I like it. It’s mate has embossing along the edges of the vellum. White craft ink and I are now officially divorced. There’s a reason that it’s not on this one. Just sayin’. I even wanted to put the bow on top of the wreath or at the bottom like a real one, but noooooooooo that looked stupid. Why? Who knows, because this card is ornery and has a mind of its own? Probably.
I decided to use this sketch challenge for it and go a double whammy because it was perfect for the challenge! Otherwise, I would have just skipped that part of this.
I really am having fun with the blog hop thing… mostly because it lets me see all the amazing things people are making! 😀
