SC178- Enjoy the Blah

Ok, so every card can’t be amazing, right? It’s not possible. This card is proof of it.

It’s not ugly. It’s not even so much that it’s boring. It’s just… blah. Oh, well, in quilting you have to have fabrics that are “blender” kinds of pieces. If every single piece is a stunning work of art, there’s nowhere for your eye to rest. That’s what this card is. A place for your eye to rest.

Every single time I tried to do something on it, it looked horrible. This way it just looks “ok.” Whatever. Ok works.

So, I’m going with the irony of having a card that says “enjoy your day” that isn’t all that enjoyable to look at. I’ve got a twisted sense of humor.

Oh, and it’s a UIU… use it up… more scraps GONE.

Paper-  PTI White, scrap of green sewn paper, scrap of red paper, scrap of white paper

  1. I have been really impressed with all your cards so far, even the ones you haven’t liked. But this one I have to agree with. I like each of the individual components so not sure why it doesn’t work. Weird.

  2. You are too hard on yourself, but I have felt the same way. The post before last was that way for me. This is pretty and whoever receives it will love it!
