chautona-SC313Well, I did NOT want to do this sketch. I kept fighting to find a way to make it less blah, and decided to embrace it. Embrace the simplicity… and add some omph with stitching.

I really wanted the stitching to be a bit wavy–as if done super fast or by someone not accustomed to sewing. I did okay. My favorite “deviation” from the straight and narrow is hidden by the flower panel.

Still, I like it. this stamp is so cool. It just makes me happy.

Stamps: SU Blooming with Kindness
Paper: SU Kraft, PTI white, MME dp and Fancy pants dp
Ink: Amuse coral and Unity umber
Accessories: Twine and sewing macine
Techniques: none
Difficulty (1-Easy 5-Advanced): 2… because I had to drag out the sewing machine.
